Per person: 27,000 yen per night / Children aged 3–6: 13,500 yen per night
Two people: 35,000 yen per night / Children aged 3–6: 21,500 yen per night
0–2 years old: Free
Guests with a Disability Certificate
¥15,000 per person, per night (when using a care taxi)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Fees
– Free cancellation until 11:59 PM, 4 days before the check-in date
– From 12:00 AM, 3 days before: 30% of the accommodation fee
– From 12:00 AM, 1 day before: 50% of the accommodation fee
– From 12:00 AM on the day of check-in: 100% of the accommodation fee
– No-show or cancellation without notice: 100% of the accommodation fee
Please note: Changes to reservation details, including date changes, are subject to the same cancellation fees.
Children Policy
Ages 3–6: 50% of the adult rate
Ages 7 and over: 100% of the adult rate
This 120-year-old traditional house contains areas that may be hazardous to children, as well as fixtures and fittings that are difficult to repair should they be damaged. Please ensure you keep a close eye on your children at all times. Parents and guardians will be held responsible for any injuries or damage that may occur. Please clarify any queries before making a booking.
House Rules
・No smoking anywhere on the premises
Pets are welcome. However, please ensure your pet wears a pet nappy or training pants at all times whilst indoors.
Out of consideration for our neighbours, please keep the noise down between 8 pm and 8 am
If you accidentally damage anything during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible. We will charge you the actual cost of repair or replacement.
