Provision of accommodation and retreat stays: one-night stays and the 2-night/3-day Stay & Retreat Program.

Prices are shown on each plan page, tax included.

Credit card via Stripe, or JPYC.
Payment timing
One-night stays: payment is completed at the time of booking.
2-night/3-day Program: full payment is due within 72 hours of our payment instructions, which we send once your dates and program details are arranged. Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment. All deadlines are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
Cancellation policy — one-night stays
*Up to 4 days before check-in (by 23:59): free of charge
*From 3 days before check-in (00:00): 30% of the total stay fee
*From the day before check-in (00:00): 50% of the total stay fee
*On the day of check-in (00:00 and later): 100% of the total stay fee
*No-show or no notice: 100% of the total stay fee
※The same cancellation fees apply to schedule changes or other modifications to your reservation.
Cancellation policy — 2-night/3-day Program (full prepayment; shown as refunds)
*Up to 14 days before arrival (by 23:59): full refund
*From 13 days before to the day before arrival (by 23:59): 50% refund
*From 00:00 on the day of arrival: no refund (including no-shows)
※The same terms apply to schedule changes or other modifications to your reservation.
※The same policy applies in case of snow.
※If you cannot come because of a disaster such as an earthquake, typhoon or heavy snow, we will refund you in full (judged by official announcements such as JMA warnings or transport suspensions).

※A refund fee (JPYC: 1,000 JPY / Stripe: 8,000 JPY) is deducted from refunds. No fee is deducted for cancellations due to disasters.
Refund policy
As this is a service-based product, no refunds are available after the stay.
Service start date
The service is available from the reserved check-in date.
Additional fees
None. For the 2-night/3-day Program, a refund fee (JPYC: 1,000 JPY / Stripe: 8,000 JPY) is deducted from refunds, except for cancellations due to disasters.
